During the summer months I am introducing Yoga Bites. These are bite sized yoga classes that can be taken anytime of day. Short but efficient classes that you can fit into your busy schedule. Each week will revolve around a new theme. The classes will be a variety of types from restorative and yin to flow. I hope you will join me for these short focused classes to help you stay healthy and balanced throughout the summer.

The following is an outline of the class themes and type of class. Pick and choose your favorites or practice all of them throughout the summer. Each class will be 10 minutes or less.
