For the month of May we will be working to build a habit of yoga practice. Each week the class will be about 15-20 minutes in length. It will be an all around practice that you can fit in anytime of day that suits you best. Gearing you up for the busy + fun summer months ahead. New classes will be posted on Mondays. These videos are the first from the road. Expect a variety of locations.
